Yes, we offer complimentary 2 day express shipping on all orders over $200 CAD or $150 USD

What is the cost of shipping for orders under $200 CAD?

For orders below $200 CAD or $150 USD, standard shipping charges will apply.

What shipping service does Friday Sky use?

We ensure your items are delivered safely working with multiple carriers such as DHL, FedEX, Purolator, UPS and GLS. No matter which carrier is selected, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship. 

Is my shipment fully insured?

Yes - every order is fully insured, at no additional cost, as part of your luxury experience. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@fridaysky.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim. Please note that claims must be made promptly and may require additional documentation to proceed.

What countries do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping to Canada and US. If you are in need of assistance during checkout please message hello@fridaysky.com

Do I have to pay any duties on my order?

No need to worry – we've got it covered!  Canadian and U.S. orders are duty-free, so there won't be any surprise costs upon delivery. If there are any, sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

If you need to return your order, you'll receive a full refund of the amount paid (including sales tax), minus shipping, restocking, and any applicable duty fees. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Ready-to-Order Pieces

Ready-to-order pieces are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days. Complimentary 2-day express shipping is available on qualifying orders, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

From the moment you place your order, you can expect delivery within 4–12 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. We aim to deliver your pieces as quickly as possible - so you can enjoy them without delay.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Friday Sky’s made-to-order jewelry is handcrafted with precision from recycled gold and exquisite gemstones sourced from all over the world. Due to its personalized nature, production and delivery takes 2-4 weeks from the order date. This timeframe ensures each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
