Return Policy

1-Year warranty

For up to 1 year after you receive your jewelry, Friday Sky guarantees it to be free from manufacturing defects and errors such as loose diamonds or prongs, or faulty metal. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care and storage, or third-party repairs. Additionally, scratches, lost or stolen pieces, and discoloration from harsh chemicals do not fall under our warranty.

Return Policy

Our priority is that you are satisfied with your order. We will gladly accept returns on unworn, undamaged and unaltered items initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and store credit on all orders within 30 days. Please note, a flat shipping and restock fee will apply. The only exception to the return policy are special orders: custom engraving/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake

After we receive your item allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account as our team inspects the original item. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or store credit. We also reserve the right to offer store credit when returns are not sent back in original packaging or are in new condition. Friday Sky Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Canada

For Canadian domestic orders, you may request a pre-paid return label by contacting  hello@fridaysky.com. There is a flat $30 CAD shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund when we process the return. Once you receive return authorization, you must mail the return within 3 business days.

United States

For U.S. orders, you may request a pre-paid return label by contacting  hello@fridaysky.com. Please note that a flat $30 USD shipping and restocking fee, along with a 6% duty fee, will be deducted from your total refund when we process the return. Once you receive return authorization, you must mail the return within 3 business days.
