Return Policy

1-Year warranty

For up to 1 year after you receive your jewelry, Friday Sky guarantees it to be free from manufacturing defects and errors such as loose diamonds or prongs, or faulty metal. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care and storage, or third-party repairs. Additionally, scratches, lost or stolen pieces, and discoloration from harsh chemicals do not fall under our warranty.

Don’t be a stranger! If you need assistance with repairs, whether within or outside your warranty, just drop us a line at hello@fridaysky.com. We’ll do our best to help.

Order Cancellation

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you change your mind, or decide you'd prefer something else, just email hello@fridaysky.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll happily take care of the cancellation for you.

Please note: After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in production or on its way to you.

Return for Store Credit Policy

To maintain accessibility and offer a range of materials for the same jewelry styles, we are offering returns for store credit on undamaged and unaltered items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The only exception to this policy applies to special orders: custom engraving or personalized items are cannot be exchanged unless the item is damaged or we made an error.

Once we receive your item, please allow 5-10 business days for our team to inspect it. Friday Sky Jewelry reserves the right to deny returns on damaged or counterfeit items. Please note that a flat shipping fee will apply for returns. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.

Canada

For Canadian domestic orders, you may request a pre-paid return label by contacting  hello@fridaysky.com. $25 CAD shipping fee will be deducted from your total store credit when we process the return. You must mail the return within 5 business days. We ask that customers return the jewelry in its original packaging, along with the authentication card that includes the matching serial number. This ensures the product is linked to its original purchase.

United States and International

For U.S. orders, you may request a pre-paid return label by contacting  hello@fridaysky.com. $25 USD shipping fee and applicable duty fees will be deducted from your total store credit when we process the return. You must mail the return within 5 business days. We ask that customers return the jewelry in its original packaging, along with the authentication card that includes the matching serial number. This ensures the product is linked to its original purchase.
