Return Policy

1-Year warranty

Every Friday Sky piece is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects such as loose stones, faulty clasps, or structural issues. Please note, our warranty does not extend to damage from everyday wear, improper care or storage, third-party repairs, or exposure to harsh chemicals. Scratches, discoloration, and lost or stolen items are also not covered. Sterling silver naturally reacts with oxygen over time, developing a dark patina often referred to as tarnish. This is a normal characteristic for this precious metal- not a defect. A quick polish with a soft cloth will restore its shine.

Free Returns and Store Credit 

We offer free returns for store credit on undamaged and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Store credit will be sent to your email after we process your return - it never expires, and you can use it at your convenience.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat return shipping fee listed below will be deducted. Please ensure the item is securely packaged. Once scanned by the carrier, the return is fully insured under our pre-paid label. When we receive your return, please allow 5 - 10 business days for inspection. Friday Sky Jewelry reserves the right to deny returns of damaged or counterfeit items. 

Please note: Custom orders, engravings, or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged - unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
