If you purchased an item from us that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery that covers any manufacturing defects, including loose stones, faulty clasps, or structural issues. No extra cost of course, we are delighted to make things right.
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage from everyday wear, harsh chemicals, third-party repairs, or lost/stolen pieces. But worry not - for gentle wear and tear or repairs beyond warranty, we’ll happily assist you with low-cost restoration, so your jewelry always feels new.
Sterling silver naturally develops a gentle patina over time - a hallmark of its beauty, not a flaw. A quick polish with a soft cloth will restore its original glow.
We accept returns of undamaged and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. To begin the return process, please email hello@fridaysky.com within this period.

Yes. We offer free returns for store credit. Once your return is processed, store credit will be sent to your email - it never expires and can be used at your convenience.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat return shipping fee of $25 CAD (domestic) or $25 USD (international) will apply.
Please ensure items are securely packaged. Once scanned by the carrier, the return is fully insured under our pre-paid label. After we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection.
