Nope! Every Friday Sky piece is crafted using solid gold, designed to stand the test of time. Whether you're showering, swimming, or living your best life, your piece will hold its shine. Alternatives like gold-filled or gold-plated jewelry aren’t quite as resilient when it comes to water exposure. The thin layer of gold can wear away over time, especially with frequent contact with water, soap, or chemicals. What is the quality of your diamonds?
Our diamonds boast a Color grade of I-G and a Clarity of SI.

Does Friday Sky currently only use natural diamonds?
Yes, we currently use only natural diamonds but have plans to release lab-grown variations in the future.

Can natural diamonds be more ethical to wear than lab-grown diamonds?
Absolutely, but there are nuances! Most lab-grown diamonds are mass-produced using processes that require significant energy. If a diamond-growing facility relies on fossil-fuel-based electricity, the environmental impact can be considerable. However, if clean energy is used, lab-grown diamonds can be more sustainable. Natural diamonds can be ethical if responsibly sourced. All Friday Sky diamonds comply with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, ensuring they are conflict-free. We source from Botswana, South Africa, Russia, and Canada, with cutting and polishing done in India.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes, our diamonds are compliant with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, preventing the trade in diamonds that finance armed conflict and human rights abuses.

Why are you using Solid 14k Gold?
Solid 14k gold is an investment in quality and longevity. It’s durable, hypoallergenic, and offers long-term value. We also use recycled gold whenever possible. While it requires a higher upfront cost, it's more affordable than demi-fine or costume jewelry when considering the cost per wear over the years. With proper care, it’s a piece you can cherish forever.

Can you wear Friday Sky modular jewelry with jewelry from other brands?
Friday Sky pieces are designed to fit seamlessly with our own collection. We can’t guarantee compatibility with other brands, but we provide dimensions in the product description to help you estimate.

Warranty

What does your 1-Year warranty cover?
For up to 1 year after you receive your jewelry, Friday Sky guarantees it to be free from manufacturing defects and errors such as loose diamonds or prongs, or faulty metal. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care and storage, or third-party repairs. Additionally, scratches, lost or stolen pieces, and discoloration from harsh chemicals do not fall under our warranty.
