Made-to-order pieces can take 4-6 weeks to deliver which ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Every order is fully insured, at no additional cost, as part of your luxury experience. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@fridaysky.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim. Please note that claims must be made within the 24 hour period and may require additional documentation to proceed.

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the United Kingdom. For all regions outside of Canada, the default currency is USD.

We've got it covered!  All import fees are included in the price or calculated at checkout. There won't be any surprise costs upon delivery.

For orders below $200 CAD or $150 USD, standard charges for 2-Day Shipping will apply:

We ensure your items are delivered safely working with multiple carriers such as DHL, FedEX, Purolator, UPS and GLS. No matter which carrier is selected, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.
