If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@fridaysky.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim. Please note that claims must be made within the 24 hour period and may require additional documentation to proceed.

Our ready-to-order pieces are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days via Express Shipping. You can expect delivery within 2-4 business days.

International
Our ready-to-order pieces are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days via Express Shipping. International orders typically arrive in 4 -7 business days. Occasional customs inspections may add 1-2 days in rare cases.

Made-to-order pieces can take 3 weeks to ship which ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

For orders below $200 CAD or $150 USD, standard charges for shipping will apply:
