Every Friday Sky piece is crafted with care and designed to last. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we want to make it right.
We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects - including loose stones, faulty clasps, and structural issues. Simply send the piece back to us at your own cost, and we'll repair it free of charge. If a replacement is needed, we'll cover it at no cost for most pieces. For individually set diamonds larger than melee or pavé, a material cost may apply.
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage from everyday wear, harsh chemicals, third-party repairs, or lost/stolen pieces. But worry not - for gentle wear and tear or repairs beyond warranty, we’ll happily assist you with low-cost restoration, so your jewelry always feels new.
Sterling silver naturally develops a gentle patina over time - a hallmark of its beauty, not a flaw. A quick polish with a polishing cloth will restore its original glow.
If you purchased a bundle or received a discount for buying multiple items, returning one or more items may cancel the promotion. Remaining items will revert to their original price and any payment adjustments will be processed automatically.
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, undamaged and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. To begin the return process, please email hello@fridaysky.com within this period.

We offer free returns for store credit or exchanges. For refunds due to personal preferences (e.g., size or color), a $15 CAD label fee applies for domestic Canadian returns and $30 CAD label fee (equivalent in your native currency) for international returns. This amount will be deducted from the total order amount when the return is processed.
Alternatively, if you would like to return your item(s) via a carrier of your choice, please contact us at hello@fridaysky.com to authorize your return.
We recommend sending your package via trackable post as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our team. We also kindly ask that you include paperwork inside the parcel containing your order number.
Items must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your label, in original packaging with all components included.
Custom orders, engravings, or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
