Return Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours at hello@fridaysky.com and you will receive a refund less a 3% processing fee. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after this window as your order may already be in production. Special orders, such as custom engravings or personalized items, cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

Our priority is your satisfaction with your order. We will gladly accept returns on all unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. For returns made within 30 days, we offer store credit. The only exceptions are special orders, such as custom engraving or personalized pieces, which cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made an error.

Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. We reserve the right to offer store credit for returns that are not sent back in original packaging or are not in new condition. Friday Sky Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Canada: For Canadian domestic orders, you may request a pre-paid return label by contacting hello@fridaysky.com. There is a flat $30 CAD shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund when we process the return. Once you’ve received return authorization, you have 3 business days to mail your return.

United States: For U.S. orders, you may request a pre-paid return label by contacting hello@fridaysky.com. There is a flat $30 USD shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund when we process the return. Once you’ve received return authorization, you have 3 business days to mail your return.
